It still kind of blows my mind what an amazing piece of equipment this is. Everything about it makes my S1 feel like a toy. Usable, focused pictures in dim lighting at ISO800 used to be the stuff of dreams. Certainly, a better camera doesn't make a better photographer though. The road ahead will be long, but hopefully much more rewarding from now on.

I'm planning on catching the Metra into the city sometime this weekend to walk around and do some shooting. The weather forecast of 101 on Sunday makes me a little less than enthusiastic though...

Also, I'm going to be doing a nameserver switch over to the new server soon. Hopefully, given the extremely limited audience of this site, no one will experience any downtime. :P
